Sparkly Spaghetti Strap Formal Dress

This is a tan colored dress and the top layer is covered in sparkles! It has an empire wast and draped fabric at the chest. The bottom of the dress is flared and great for dancing!! Underneath there is a silky lining that’s very soft. This dress is vintage from the 90s. There is one tiny hole in the top layer of the fabric, shown in picture.
