Sparkly Y2K Tube Top (or Skirt!)

Black and silver sparkly tube top, or skirt if you’re feeling versatile! Fits like a medium, could definitely fit a large too. No material tag, but it certainly contains spandex and metallic fibers. The tag has been removed from this, so please double the flat measurements to estimate how it will fit. It is extremely stretchy, so it really gives. I bought this second hand in the early 2000s, so it’s definitely vintage, I just couldn’t give you a better year of production date. Flat Measurements as Follows: Top to Hem: 15” Side to Side: 13.25” No rips, holes or stains. Non-smoking home. Love the item but not the price? Feel free to haggle!
