Sparkly black dress never worn

I bought this dress on line. Not sure who the designer is. It was sent from China. I ordered during my stay home time last year. It is slightly sheer up top. A black bra will do the trick. It is a size Euro 3X and fits like a US 12-14. It has a 4" back slit
