Sparkly maroon mini dress, Size M fits S

This maroon dress is very flattering and cute! It’s super sparkly in person. Only been worn once, but it did used to have a belt that I can’t find (has small belt loops on side). Rue 21, Size M. I typically wear size S and it fits me just fine.
