Sparkly slouched cowl neck dress

The photos of this dress hanging do not do it justice, so I did try my best to model it even though the reason I am selling is because it is too big on me (story of my life). This will look phenomenal on someone taller than my 4’11 self. I love this dress but I want to pass it on to someone who can really rock it! Dress is in perfect condition and ready to dazzle this winter!
