Sparkly strapless dress

The pictures don't do this dress justice. In reality though, it's very sparkly, and it is really comfortable, and it also has a loop on both sides of the dress to slide a small belt through To wear around the waist. It's just a bit too small for me, and I've never been good with strapless dresses. It's more for smaller bust women, because it doesn't provide excellent support.
