Sparkly strapless, sweetheart neck mini dress

Pleated bodice, fitted waist with ribbon to tie, sweetheart neck. Light charcoal base color with gold thread to add sparkle. Floral print. I’ve worn this at various semi-formal occasions, including NYE. Worn it less than a dozen times. Everything functions properly, including zipper and clasp.
