So sweet! Richly embroidered and sequined. GUC. 14" shoulder to shoulder. 14” pit to pit. 13" length. Tag says size medium. I estimate about a size, 10, but use measurements provided for most accurate fit. 60 rayon/40 cotton. A little wear on the ribbon ties toward the bottom. See photo.
