Special Event Black White Sequin Skirt -One of a kind

This is an UNDERSTATED skirt for special events. While it's pleated black and white, the light catching sequins and the black diamond design lend to a festive feel while being comfortable all night. At 5'2, this falls right at my knee caps and is a snug waist about 28"/30" at smallest. The ruffles underneath keep the skirt pert. There IS a dirty mark on it which I was afraid to care for myself. But certain it will remove. If I could find this skirt again, I'd get it in a heartbeat as this skirt has NEVER failed me when the question of "what do I wear?" comes up. My loss is your gain.
