Special Event Dress

No need for sun, this dress puts a smile on every one. The fabric is shimmery silver on top and the bottom is a yellow brocade skirt with shimmery outlines of flower details. The waistband has beautiful detail stitching -including shiny sequins. The inside has a sewn-in petticoat to add more volume. The back has a zipper with ties as well.
