Special Occasion dress - size 3T

Three layered skirt (which is very hard to photograph!): top layer is sheer with embroidered polka dots; 2nd layer is solid white in polyester; 3rd layer is white polyester with 4" tulle attached to hemline. Back of dress has zipper closure and bow to tie.
