Speechless Black and Blue Rose Formal Dress

This beautiful dress is great for formal occasions such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, school formals, etc. The deep blue and black go very well together and look amazing on many. The rose design is excellently constructed out of the blue material. The lower part of the dress has 4 layers, the top one being sheer, then opaque, and so on. The back can be tied.
