Speechless Girls maroon 'velvet' dress

This little faux velvet dress is a deep maroon with silver dots. There are some areas at the waistline where the seam has come undone. These areas are double stitched and only one layer of stitching has come out so there is no hole in the garment. This isn't really noticeable when worn, but dress would be cute with a little sash if you wanted to cover them.
