Speechless black sz 8 girls velvet/velour dress with sparkles built-in jacket

Speechless brand velvet/velour girls size 8 dress with ruffles at the trim and sparkles on the built-in jacket that ties in the front. I would say more of a slim fit. There's an adjustable tie in the back to loosen or make the dress more snug see pics.
