chrissatine @sneak81107 I just submitted a claim to see if they can investigate. The only thing I can say is sometimes the tracking doesn’t update. I dropped it off at the post office on Tuesday so there should be no reason for it to not have begun tracking yet. It’s a pretty small post office too. Hopefully it’s begun it’s journey and we will get an updated status soon. If not I guess I’ll go back to the post office tomorrow and ask? I don’t know what else I can do from my end but I’m watching for it too.

chrissatine @sneak81107 Well, I am so confused about this whole thing. Can you double check your address how you have it listed on Poshmark? The only thing I can think is if there was something wrong with the shipping label both times? I’ve definitely never had it take this long to scan in. I’ll be so bummed if that skirt disappeared. 😣

chrissatine @sneak81107 no!! That’s why I’m so frustrated that it hasn’t been scanned in. I dropped it off in the bin at USPS just like I always do and I KNOW it went in there. But there’s just no reason it should have gotten lost. They didn’t know anything about it when I went to ask but I guess I’ll just go ask again. I’m just hoping it’s a delay in the digital system?? I don’t know what else to think!

chrissatine @sneak81107 I actually had someone else print it for me because my printer has been acting up and I was impressed with how clear it was.. 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I am at a loss for words right now!! I think I’ll go back in this afternoon and try to talk to someone else. Thank you for being understanding about this because I’m baffled!!!!

I asked my postman if it could be on its way and he said it scans the second you take it in or the morning after if drop off and would immediately have tracking so it’s impossible that it’s been scanned. Just not sure what to do since you don’t have the skirt and don’t know where it is

chrissatine @sneak81107 Aghh. Okay. Glad to have that info. Let me stop by my post office one more time today and check in but obviously it’s not going to make it for your trip. I’m just bummed because now I’m out the skirt but obviously think you should be reimbursed. I can go in a couple of hours and inquire one more time and then I’ll let you know if anyone else was able to help. But I understand that you wouldn’t want to wait any longer anyway. :( definitely never had this happen before.

sneak81107 @chrissatine you are not out of the skirt. It has to be at your post office. It wasn’t scanned and did not move. That’s not your fault. He said every post office has cameras inside and out for this reason so no matter what they are liable if they cannot find it.

Even if they would’ve put it through without scanning it would’ve been scanned at another facility so it’s like they never got it at all. Hopefully you can find it either way.

sneak81107 @chrissatine I just got my Lucy bells after I’m sat at a facility in TX for over 2 weeks with no scan. My postman called and within 2 hours it started tracking in Georgia 😳 so it’s somewhere at their post office!

chrissatine @sneak81107 I got the same response. They said I have to wait 30 days from when it was dropped off and that they don’t keep any mail there at this post office so it was all shipped off to the main plant. He said it could scan in any moment but it’s not there at that post office. If you can wait a little longer so that we can see if it scans in. Poshmark will probably reimburse you after Friday anyway because I’ve already opened up a claim with them.

sneak81107 @chrissatine I can wait. I’m not desperate for the money. Just more concerned for your loss if in fact is lost. I have seen on more than one occasion when hon start asking questions, is suddenly appears somewhere shortly after.

sneak81107 @chrissatine I talked to a pretty high up postal worker and she informed me this hasn’t left your post office. It wouldn’t be in route not being scanned at another facility even if your post office shipped it out it would’ve scanned somewhere at some point. I would certainly go down there and make them look for it. You can file a claim at any time

chrissatine @sneak81107 This is interesting to hear because they’ve been very aggressive at telling me that it’s not there and I can’t open a claim for 30 days. I’m honestly cancelling my Poshmark after all of this is worked out because it’s been so upsetting for me. I’ve spoken to 3 different workers and their branch manager and have just been disrespected. It sounds like I need to find a way to go above their heads. So let me look into that I suppose.

chrissatine @sneak81107 it has to be within 15-60 days to file a claim with the USPS for a missing item so I will file the claim on the first available day which is March 2nd. I have also contacted Poshmark support again about refunding your money. I’ll be in touch with anything else I find out.

sneak81107 @chrissatine that’s what I did. My postman’s brother and sister are both very high up. His sister is the one who was filling in today when I was there and told me that. I could careless about my funds but your skirt is missing and not in route which means it happened within your post office. I hate it for you. But they are certainly not helping you like they are able to do.

sneak81107 @chrissatine no problem dear. I hate this for you. My postal people are amazing and go out of their way to help me so I know you must have some bad ones there. It’s their responsibility to help you in the matter and atleast help you locate your item. It’s crazy how rude they are being for their fault. I truly am sorry. I don’t mind at all to wait in case they ship it when they locate it.

chrissatine @sneak81107 It says it was forwarded back to me. Except I didn’t receive it on my end. I’m trying to poke around my apartment complex to see if it was actually delivered. I think I’m going to cancel the order and have your money returned to you and if I can find the package I’m just going to fedex it to you so you can have it. I can’t guarantee that it will show up since I haven’t had any luck yet. But who knows. I can’t apologize enough for what a mess this has been and still have no idea why

I’m off poshmark as of today after I got a very flawed item listed as new and poshmark automatically released funds without me accepting the order. Even had proof of it but funds were released anyways. I’m pissed and deactivating my account.

Is there a way for you to ask for a refund on your end? I just contacted customer service again but it may be faster if you can cancel from your side.

sneak81107 @chrissatine oh no I’m fine. I was told I spend so much that once poshmark gets my case, they will do whatever to keep me. We will see. It’s been a nightmare. The item I got was a dang nightmare in itself. Smelt like pee and has threads lose missing sequins and makeup stains all in the waist band. That I’m made about. Not something you can’t help dear. 💕
