Spell blouse

This is a Spell and the gypsy blouse. It is from their garden tea party collection. It is a linen off-white with delicate pink flowers. The shoulders are a little puffy with elastic detail. It’s kind of a crop top. However, the ties are so long you can make the shirt long or short, depending on how you wanna wear it.
