Spencer Alexis 2pc Skirt & Blouse

Beautiful loose fluid style, crochet flower embellishments, varied fabrics w/stitch embellishment. Bands of translucent fabric, elastic waist skirt, bell cuffs, Blouse side slits, some bias flex & shoulder pads.  Fabric content: 40% rayon 40& acetate 20% nylon  Size 8, but shown on size 6 dress form: relaxed fit.   measurements taken laying flat skirt has elastic waist band. Waist to hem: 38" Blouse armpit:21" flex to 25" shoulder to shoulder seam:17" shoulder to cuff:26" shoulder to hem:26"
