Otherwise, excellent condition. No snags or picks in the fabric. No other stains seen. The skirt and tank top are rayon. The jacket is rayon, silk with lace sleeves. All are dry clean only. size PL - see pictures for approximate flat measurements. Elastic waist in great condition. No dry rot. Stretches to about 19.5 in flat. I take my measurements with the item laying flat on a hard, level surface. The garments are not stretched or pulled. I smooth out the item just enough to remove any large creases or folds in the fabric. These measurement pictures are just an approximation.
