sassypants05 @tmstein thanks for your patience! The pit to pit measures 19 1/2” lying flat w/o stretch. The waist measures 33”. The back neck to hem measures 32 1/2”. Please note on the photo where the back neckline comes on the mannequin. The background of the print is indeed black. I hope the dress will work for you. I will accept your offer of $20. 🌸
