Spense dress

I just love this dress it’s a stretchy material and kind of medium weight. It has a cowl neck line but not a huge one. It has a band going across about 2 1/2 inches under the breast and then it kind of pleats in the middle. It gives a really dynamic affect. Forgot to tell you that the dress is like new
