These are waterproof leather top-sider Bayside Oxford style shoes. They are waterproof and great for all weather wear. They look to be worn only a couple times. I have seen these called white but they are an off white/cream color. Small mark could be from manufacturing I didn’t try to clean it.see last picture. See pictures for more details.
