This is a glow in the dark handmade skirt with pockets!!! *Back zipper with eye hook closure. *Small discoloration on waist where zipper crease is located. * waist lays 15" flat with a 2" waist band *length is 26" It is a great skirt and it was hand made so pockets may be slightly smaller than your normal pockets.
