V-neck with elastic waist (across the back) and elastic on cuffs of balloon sleeves which are sheer. The rest of the dress is lined Material: polyester, as mentioned shiny gold filament through out. Light sheer layer on the outside of the liner. Not stretchy except where there is elastic. Measurements Armpit to Armpit: 17.5-18.5 inches Length: 33.5 inches Waist: 13-16 inches
