Splatter Paint Tee Shirt Dress Tunic Medium

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DRESS! Sadly, I washed it in cold and layed it flat to dry and it shrunk! It made it to short for me for wear. I am only 5'4" and it came up to mid thigh on me. So no bending over for me in this dress! It would be great for someone shorter to wear as a dress or as a tunic. From top of the shoulder to bottom hem, it is about 30.5" It should fit a size 8 pretty good. The splatter colors are irridedcent and kind of have a "puffy paint" texture.
