Splendid Maxi Dress - red, white and blue stripes - lined w slit

Size Small Maxi Dress from Splendid. Brand new but tags removed. I purchased this for myself, however, it is way too long for me. I am 5‘ 3” but this would be great for someone who is tall! Has a side slit, and is lined to the length of a mini skirt. Perfect colors for Memorial Day or Fourth of July, but doesn’t scream red white and blue flag so I think it’s really great for the whole summer. I contemplated hemming it, but I’m just not up for the task.
