Splendid - NWOT Linen Picnic Stripe Dress

Great summer dress! Lightweight, soft linen/viscose blend in a great midi length, crisp blue and white stripes. Collarless shirtdress, high-low hem, button placket, sleeveless, tie waist, fully lined. Tag says XS, but I am listing as a small because it runs quite big. Measurements are about 19” at armpits, 19” at waist untied, about 42” long in front and 47” in back. Reposh bc it’s too big for me. Never worn/NWOT: tag hangers and extra button attached, but tag was missing.
