alisa333123 @jillsexton hello! No shoulder seams so hard to measure but from the top of the v neckline to hem is 20.5 inches. Fabric tag says dry clean ( not dry clean only)but I put it in a mesh bag on hand wash and it always comes out great. Pls let me know if you have more questions
