Splendid Strapless Tube Bandeau Dress (Black)

Made of Splendid's signature soft, stretchy cotton. (Specifically, it's 45% Pima cotton, 45% Modal, 10% Spandex). It has a bandeau top and some pleats/shirring in the front, for shape. It's cut wider at the waist/hips, which makes it super comfy. Wear as bathing suit cover-up or just a dress. Only worn 1x. Hits above knee; it's 29.5 inches long in the front (including bandeau) and 27 in the back. 11 - 12.5 inches wide at bandeau. 19 inches wide at widest point. 15 inches wide at bottom hem.
