Cozy Splendid French terry leggings in black. Made up of a super soft supima cotton/modal blend. Thick enough to wear on its own, but looks great modest and layered too. Measurements are ~13” across waistband with ~9.5-10.5” rise and ~31” inseam. Like new condition.
