Splendid workout top

This top is a double layer tank top. The outer layer is banded at the bottom and has larger arm holes. The under layer is a crop top that can be seen through the sides/armholes of the outer layer. The under layer stitching is coming loose on one side, but isn’t noticeable when the top is on.
