Split Sleeve Flexible Tie Shirt Dress

This dress from New York & Company is taupe with a front floral design in black. Approximately 35-36" long. Stretchy and comfy material. Dress can be tied in front or back. I personally liked to tie the dress in the back to give the illusion on a straight dress and cover the elastic ruching in the back. This pairs well with black tights and heels (makes it look like a tunic for those of us with boobs and butt) !
