va-va-voom! This dress is so cool! No tags, so it's a mystery dress. Has a great weight to it so feels like a good quality velvet. Have dry cleaned only. Picked it up at a second hand store and have only worn it once. It's truly fabulous. Love the square neck and the split, slightly puffed sleeve detail. I wore it sinched in with a satin ribbon around the waist but is very cute just as is! 27in in length, 13in in width. Wears as if XS or a US size 2
