Split Thigh Black and White Floral Midi Dress

Midi length, split thigh, low cut, short sleeved, floral dress. Tie belt that wraps around with loop holes. Also have this for sale in green (check my page!). Never been worn. Says size XL but fits more like a medium-large. Zips up in the back.
