Split-Neck Swiss Dot Clip-Dot Midi Swing Dress NWT - XL/XXL

New w tags; split neck with banded collar. Long, puffy sleeves w elastic at wrist (for easy push up.) Great swing. This dress is an XL - personally, I think it's more of an XXL; I buy a lot of ON dresses ... this one runs big (IMO). Great rust/myrrh red color, perfect for fall!!
