Yes, 48R, but that fit varies depending on designer. Looking for the following measurements: across top of shoulders (should be about 20”), armpit to armpit when it lays down and length of back from collar to bottom. Ike Behar being American designer I expect it to be more generous cut vs Italian or British cut (much slimmer but still same “size”).

@bcole1739 the fit is smaller than a Lauren Ralph Lauren coat but a larger than the Italian cut jackets.
