Spring Dress Red with white lace flowers ribbon in yellow and white. What a beautiful spring dress for your little girl. The main part of the dress is red and has accents of floral around the upper portion of the collar with white lace around the bottom of the collar. The sleeves are short under the collar. The length of the collar is 6 " and has elastic at the top. The waist line also has elastic and measures 16" around. Under the waist it has two rows of ribbon in yellow and white. Under the ribbon, is white lace and under that is more floral with flowers of blue, green, pink, yellow. At the bottom of the dress is more white lace. From the waist to the bottom of the hem is about 9" long. From the neck to the bottom of the hem measures 16". From armpit to armpit measures 9". The white lace goes all around the dress. I do not know what the size is which is why I gave all the measurements. I brought this dress back from Mexico for you.
