Light silky feel, polyester halter dress. Has a lot of movement since it has 2 layers, the one underneath is a sheet white layer. Not transparent. Back has ruching. Worn one time on a trip to Dominican Republic but I’m not a size 4 anymore. Zipper is mediocre quality so recommend only if your are a true size 4 other wise it might slide down (like when I wore it lol) Measurements: Length- 28 in, Bust 15 in, Waist- 13 in
