Spring time floral top

I LOVED this top when it fit. Bought from a local boutique. It is a size 2X but I say it runs a little small. More like a 1X. The fabric is slightly stretchy but was always fitted around my chest but flowed away a bit at my waist. The fabric is the type you would wear to a business causal environment. In like new condition.
