Spring/Summer Dress

Blue and yellow pattern dress. Never been worn, NWT. 35” from top of shoulder straight down. Bow can be tied in the front or the back for different looks. Lined with a white layer underneath. There is no tag for fabric type but I would guess it is a nylon like material
