Spring/Summer frilly shorts, SMALL 24 mo

These are such cute, girly, frilly little spring/summer shorts. They are fully lined with soft white material. Although the size is 24 mo, the waist is small. They measure 7.5 inches flat and 10 inches stretched all the way (see pictures). The shorts are thrifted, so they have a few very minimal signs of wear.
