Spring/summer Anthropologie dress

Cute dress from Anthropologie. Ruffle detail on skirt with patterned bodice. Dress is silk and cotton. Lining is cotton. Elastic in waist. Tag says dry clean only, but it can be hand washed. Originally had a little tie for around the waist, but really not necessary for this!
