The “Used To” Dress from One Loved Babe features dramatic puff sleeves with a shimmery bead-embellished design. Was bought from the One Loved Babe website for a concert but did not end up working well with the outfit I had planned and was unable to return because I had taken the tag off and waited too long. Only worn when trying on. This dress reaches to just above my knees, I am 5’3”. Listed as NWT because it was never worn out
