obms When I placed my order, I assumed that it was for the feeder that has the roof in either green or bronze. I see that you also have a vertical feeder. If mine is not the feeder with the roof,I can't use it. Only ship one of the feeders with the roof in either color. If not, please inform me and cancel the order and credit my card. Thanks, C. bigray1819 Everyone on here is fully capable of reading. The post is very clear and direct. As are the pics and the title. It’s not a bait and switch. Everyone that clearly made a mistake either had their orders cancelled or were refunded. But someone of you had conversations with me after placing your order, prior to me shipping anything out, where it was made clear that I do not pick your feeder. My wife does, and does so randomly, when she visits our warehouse and sees what we just got in. Period.

bigray1819 @gbarham7 I’m sorry, but as I have told you repeatedly, as well as clearly stated in the ad: we randomly receive a shipment of feeders to our warehouse every week, and we find the fastest way to get rid of them and to make a little bit of profit (increasingly little) is to just have my wife go and randomly select them, box them, and throw on the order for the week, and mail them out.

bigray1819 @gbarham7 You are guaranteed to receive one of the three models pictured and mentioned, but not a specific one of those three. The little bit of cash we make on these typically isn’t worth the warehouse space that they take up, and that’s why our goal is to get them sold and shipped out as soon as possible. We have found this to be the best way to accomplish that- hence why they are being sold for so cheap.

bigray1819 @gbarham7 They’re all brand new and of the highest quality- and are all quite expensive when purchased in-store at Lowe’s or Home Depot. So, regardless, we look at it like this is quite the steal for someone wanting a feeder and they make for excellent gifts! If you want guaranteed a specific make model and/or color feeder, you need to look elsewhere. Everyone who understands this and makes an offer, ends up happy. Everyone who gets to con us ends up leaving negative reviews and comments.

We aren’t in the bird-feeder business, because if we were, these would all be listed individually with quantities and with much specificity, and all the prices would be way higher and closer to their actual worth. When you purchase or make an offer on this feeder, you’re buying a very cheap raffle ticket and taking a chance. But unlike other raffles, here you’re guaranteed a birdfeeder. But you are not guaranteed any specific make or model.
