krystalduke @nikhutchinson nope. These do not have pockets. We used these with a secondary insert under the attached one with no problems.

krystalduke @nikhutchinson it’s pretty bulky with an extra insert! We used these for awhile. The tummy panel is great. Our nighttime solution right now is a Noras Nursery with a Thirsties Hemp insert under the noras bamboo insert. Working really well for our 9month old tummy sleeper. We really like these Squishy Tushies too - my husband insists I destash a little tho.

krystalduke @nikhutchinson I don't have experience with the NAIOs/doublers to be able to tell you if these would be any less bulky. Sorry!
