Ssoulm Cheetah Print Duster / Cardigan with side pockets. Polyester Spandex blend. This is amazing & comfortable and Made in the USA! Size 3x but is deceiving. I typically wear a L and this fits me except the sleeves are long on me. I think this would comfortably fit L up to 1X Pit to pit from back is 25.5"
