St. Gillian Black Silk Velvet & Satin Cocktail Dress

1980s -St. Gillian Petites- Women's silk velvet dress with satin ruffled skirt. 3/4 length dolman sleeves, knee length, round neckline, oversized blousy bodice, fitted waistline. Dress had a black satin belt with rhinestones on the buckle (my mother wore the belt with other things so it's gone, but easy to add your own stylish belt). Zipper back closure. Excellent condition
