St Gregory Catholic Pin Maltese Cross Brooch Blue Cabochon Gold Stars by Landau

Stunning & unique Vintage signed Landau Brooch Pin-- not entirely sure how to describe its design. Maltese Cross with red enamel, large blue glass Cabochon, surrounded by 4 smaller "stones." All set in a beautiful, sturdy Gold-tone finish, dangling from a decorated scroll with glass stones on each end and two embellished stars. This reminds me of an Award Medal that would be pinned on a Firefighter or a Celtic Cross perhaps? This could also possibly represent St. Gregory of the Catholic Church; this medal of Honor is bestowed upon men & women for their exceptional service to their church & community. Excellent used condition; only issue I noted is lock for Pin "sticks" a bit in top position but is still very functional.
