Simply elegant! Dress it up or down. It is a wool rayon blend. Made in USA. There are small shoulder pads. Underarm to underarm is approximately 38” (19 x 2). Top of zipper to bottom hem is approximately 18.5”. I have a difficult time capturing colors. Please ask questions.
