Waist laying flat 14 inches stretch to 16.5 inches Inseam 28 inches Rise 13 inches. See last 2 pictures for flaws on jacket: 1 pull near the button at the front and one sleeve has 3 small repaired pulls. Dry cleaned and ready to wear.
