St. John Collection Vintage Skirt Suit Size 8 Blue with Navy Trim, Skirt, Buttonholes -Signed Buttons Condition – this is a beautiful suit in excellent vintage condition by Marie Gray– the suit is a medium cornflower blue with navy trim on the collar and the sleeves – plus that trim has a braid with a hint of glitter – there are domed signed metal buttons down the center front of the 29-inch jacket and one additional button on the two pocket flaps – what is really special are the navy blue satin bound buttonholes. This suit reflect a high level of craftsmanship and elegance – both jacket and skirt are made in the traditional St. John vertical Santana knit – the skirt is constructed of ten vertical panels and is slightly flared – it is vintage, however, and the only thing I found that is not perfect is a very small light discoloration on the back of the right sleeve near the elbow area – photographs don’t show anything – but remember your purchase is guaranteed – you don’t need a reason for a return – your original postage will be refunded – this is a truly elegant and classic St. John Collection suit.
